What does it cost?

The discovery call is free. Every step after that has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. No hourly billing and no lock‑in contract.

Do we need to know anything about AI first?

No. We set it up and explain each step in plain English as we go.

Which AI tools do you use?

Whichever suits your business: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude. We don’t resell licences.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your own AI accounts, on a business plan, so it isn’t used to train the AI. We agree what each tool can see and change before it’s switched on.

Who owns what you set up?

You do. The AI accounts are in your business’s name, and what we build for your work belongs to you.

Should we send someone to an AI workshop?

Public workshops are great for one person learning the basics. We train your team in your business, on the work you do every day.

How long before we see a change?

You use AI on your own tasks in the leadership session. Your hours are measured again 60 days after the rollout, against the audit.
